Buttered fried rice and eggs


Let's prepare this special bowl of buttered fried rice and enjoy it with your family.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 medium-sized of onions, diced
  • 1 cup of well-chopped carrot
  • 2 cups of chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 5 big eggs
  • 1 cup of boiled rice
  • 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Melt your butter in a pan, add your onions, carrots, and green onions fry for 5 minutes and set aside. Preheat your oven to about 300°. Place your sesame seeds in a pan and bake for 15 minutes. Grease another pan and pour your eggs inside, scramble it.

Mix your rice, sesame seeds, soy sauce, vegetables, salt, and pepper, and serve.
