Chicken and lime
This is one meal you are sure to enjoy with your family, and you can have this as a nice breakfast.
Prep time: 2 hours 20 minutes
1/3 cup of lime juice
1/3 cup of tequila
1 pound of chicken breast, skinless and boneless
3 tablespoons of dressing
1 tablespoon of salsa
1/3 cup of tortilla chips
1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Pour your tequila and lime juice into a plastic bag and seal it. Add your chicken and let it sit for 2 hours. Heat up your grill and your broiler, remove the chicken from the liquids, and grill for about 10 minutes.
Mix your salsa and dressing in a bowl and set aside. Scatter your chips in your oven plate, place your chicken on the chips, pour your dressing mix on it, place your cheese on it, place your oven plate in a broiler, and heat until the cheese melts and serve hot.
