Meatballs in areas crumbs

 


Forget about craving for the restaurant kind of meatballs and make this specialty in your home for your loved ones and enjoy.
Prep time: 40 minutes
Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 1 pound of beef, ground
  • 1/3 pound of pork, ground
  • 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 big eggs
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 small-sized yellow onions, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of grated romano cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of minced basil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 cup of oil
Directions
Heat up your oven to about 360°. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl except for the oil, roll the mixture in a bowl, and set aside.

Heat your oil in a pan, place your meatballs in the oil, put in your oven, and bake for about 30 minutes until it turns brown. Remove from oven and the oil and drain in your paper towel.
