Pork sausage and eggs

Serves: 4
  • 4 oz of pork sausage
  • 2 medium-sized onions, diced
  • 4 big eggs, whisked
  • 1 teaspoon of green chilies, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 4 slices of cheese
Heat up your pan and add your onions and sausage into the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the sausage is brown. Add your chilies, fry for another minute, then pour your whisked eggs into the pan and combine with the sausage mixture. Season it with your salt and pepper.
Place your cheese into the microwave and heat up. Add your egg mixture and cheese together and serve.
