Tomato salad and spaghetti


When you serve your family with this meal, they will be quite impressed and feel like they are in their favorite restaurant.
Prep time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
  • 1 pack of spaghetti
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 6 cloves of well-chopped garlic
  • 8 fillet of anchovy
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1 cup of fresh parsley leaf
Boil your spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack. Drain and set aside. Heat your oil in a pan, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add your anchovies and let them cook while you break them with your spoon.
Add your pepper flakes, and toss in your drained spaghetti and stir properly. Add your parsley, stir well, and serve hot.
